"plugin details" should also show not just how many times the plugin has been downloaded from the site, but also how many times people have downloaded it using the built-in Plugin Portal in NetBeans IDE. Or at least have two download statistics sections - one for downloads of the plugin in question from the site, and the other for downloads using the built-in Plugin Portal in NetBeans IDE. (If that system was used - separate sections for different sources of download - then you could also have a section telling you in total how many times the plugin had been downloaded, no matter the source.)
