Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.0 (Build 201403101706)
Centos 6.5

http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.1.js

Copied the code from here to create jquery file for new project.

Created javascript file called jquery.js.

Right-click - paste - no text.
Entered 'test' in text and saved.
Closed file and re-opened. Text 'test' still present. Does not seem permissions
issue.

Pasted jquery code into GNote and Gedit verifying text was being copied.
Created jquery file in GEdit and saved into the same folder and that worked.

I'm just reporting this in the event there is a bug in this build.
Not sure I'll get a response.

That is what I have done to troubleshoot. ?
