[ JDK VERSION : 1.7.0_45 ]

STEPS:
   * Open attached SPSPanel.java
   * Click on varLabelPanel in Navigator

ACTUAL:
   A very little red dot is shown in the top left corner.

EXPECTED:
   The whole and correct pane(between the upper and lower buttons) should be
marked by a red frame.
