Description Christian Lenz 2014-06-26 09:13:26 UTC
As I wanted to count files and lines of code from a HTML5 project, I found a plugin called Wordcount. It works with regex and I can add all files what I want and ignore files/folders. Its nice and quite good but I think this should be a common functionality or a common plugin which should be found inside the plugin manager.
It was supported for 6.9 but it works for 8.0 as well. But what I have todo is select the project and click on count, this is not a problem, if I dock both windows, if not, I have to open the projects window, select a project, open the wordcount window and click on count. It's not working if I have select a file inside a project. Then I got a list of Lines of Code, Files, and much more info.
What I prefer is an option on right click a project and analyse or show project information or whatever and than LOC, Files and so on. Or in the project window: MyProject (221) or so.

And what I would like to see the count of open projects, I have a lot of open projects and it would be nice to see it in the header of the Project window: Projects (8).

Regards

Chris

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.

Still not implemented and a must have feature for me.
