Description motobreath 2014-05-22 18:55:35 UTC
After creating a new GSP file (File ->New File.. ->Groovy->GSP)The file is created but I cannot type certain characters, < and % for example. If I hit enter a few times, and type on an existing line, *sometimes* the characters work. Sorry I was not able to find a pattern here.

My environment:
Windows 7
Netbeans 8.0, newly installed
jdk1.7.0_55

A quick followup, this bug exists in 7.4 as well.
If there is a new line below the current typing line, the characters work.
This bug exists for all .gsp files. I've created a new one using the New File wizard as well as creating an empty file and changing it to .gsp
