Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201404070001)
Java: 1.7.0_45; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.45-b08

Steps to reproduce:
Create and try to run HTML5 AngularJS Phone Catalog sample project.
Empty page is opened in browser and there are some errors in IDE browser log like:
>> Failed to load resource: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE (13:20:40:871 | error, network)
  at http://localhost:8383/bower_components/angular/angular.js
