They all perform different actions.

Now:

- Create New Local Terminal Tab
- Create New Remote Terminal Tab
- Terminal (Same behavior to Window -> IDE tools -> Terminal, opens Terminals Window, and if no Terminals exists, creates a new Local Terminal).
