If there is a problem with establishing a connection to the NetBeans Update Center, it's not possible to cancel the process and user has to wait until the operation timeouts. Please see the attached screenshot of the situation. It is important that "Cancel" button stays clickable.

Jirko, thanks for the report.

I reproduced it and this happens only after you try to install plugin again after the first unsuccessful try. In other cases the Cancel button works properly.

Decreasing priority to P4.
