I.e. the position of the action should be checked. Ideally New From Template, Open File, Save, and Print would all be together, like in normal applications.

Also, a keyboard shortcut might be useful.

[shortcut deferred until more flexible key binding system exists; some StarTeam number]

Fixed with XML filesystem.
