To reproduce, please try:

 - use project [1]
 - add line breakpoint to test1.js:70
 - debug project
 - once debugger stops on line 70, open Window|Debugging|Call stack
 - right click on any frame

=> Go To source is disabled

The attachment is gone. :-(
But hopefully, this is fixed by http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/rev/ef81d6512b7c

I'm sorry, I've uploaded newer project version in the meantime... 

It is still reproducible though, the project is attachment at [1], scroll the page all the way down or search for "javascript_sample.zip". To reproduce:

 - add line breakpoint to test1.js:70
 - debug project
 - once debugger stops on line 70, open Window|Debugging|Call stack
 - in Call stack window, right click on e.g. the very last frame "Javascript_sample.main:21". 
 => Go to source is disabled but double clicking works OK
