Description Jon Koplin 1999-07-09 20:56:31 UTC
If I have 100 methods in a class, I`d like to be able to make logical groups for them. I`d like to see a hierarchy of names, and see the methods under those names. I`d like to make a group name ca
lled "accessing" where I`d put my accessor methods, a group called "jdbc" where I`d put those methods, and whatever other group names I want to create, rather than just seeing one big list and having
to hunt down the method I want.

[Janne] This is a place for public extension and it would be smart to make the same grouping info usable for JavaDoc generation, etc for better documenting of classes. Perhaphs as a javadoc tag
@categoryGroup jdbc?

[Hanz] I dislike too many methods in one class....
