1. Run NetBeans, activate C/C++ module and add MinGW tool set.
2. Open ellipses button next to an empty tool chain field to open the Select Tool dialog box.
3. Notice the "Look in:" combo box is empty. (See screenshot cnd-select-tool001.png)
4. Open the "Look in:" combo box and notice the list of drive and folders have no icons next to them.
5. Hover mouse cursor over the entries and some of the icons will appear and others may not. (See screenshot cnd-select-tool002.png)

Expected: The "Look in:" combo box opens up to the bin directory of the existing tool set and all the icons on the list of drives and folders are populated or quickly populate.
