I put the @Message annotation at a public static method and the @Hint annotation complains about missing resourcebundle entries. The entries are there. It works when the @Message annotation is placed above a class.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
