Once the debugger is loaded/launched, "Attach" is
disabled, i.e. users cannot attach/debug any
outside process at that point.
The fix has been putback in main trunk by Hanz.
Getting this fix in before Orion goes out the door
would be imperative.

This bug was fixed.
