Steps to get to the enhancement point.
1. Open any project.
2. Select the project node in the Projects window
3. Ctrl-R

Expected results
the rename project dialog is opened

Actual results
Information dialog displayed mentioning that Rename refactoring cannot be applied in this context

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
