Issue 235470 is fixed. But now it is a random failure.

Scenario:
- Create Welcome project
- Call context menu on Source Files|welcome.cc node
- Select Delete
- Press Yes
- Restart IDE
==> Source Files|welcome.cc node exist again

I can easy to reproduce on my Windows machine with NetBeans 7.4rc1 and trunk.

It's a regression and it should be fixed in 7.4.

verified in NetBeans IDE 7.4 RC1 (Build cnd-build-10500-on-20130924). It is a special build with fix.
