* Open action items view
* Create a new filter

ACTUAL: operator "Does not begin with"/"Does not end with" is missing (My usecase: I want to filter out all files ending with "Test.java") - see screenshot

EXPECTED: operator "Does not begin with"/"Does not end with" is available
