How to reproduce:
- create some Tag
- In the "Projects" view, select the root node of your Mercurial project and invoke Team | Tag | Manage Tags... main menu action.
- "Manage Tags" manager shows up with a list of tags and details about tagged revision for currently selected tag.
- From the list, select the tag that you created before and click "Update To" link.
- "Manage Tags" manager is closed and "Update Repository" dialog is shown instead and there is the "unreadable" text see attachments
