On http://xtest.netbeans.org/XTest_quick_start.html section 
4 "Write scripts and config files", the fourth paragraph 
says "Config files have to be named as cfg-
${xtest.testtype}.xml ... this name have to be in sync with 
the name of the directory ... functional tests usually use 
cfg-qa-functional.xml as config and are stored in 
functional/src subdirectory of the test directory."

Either that should be cfg-functional.xml, not cfg-qa-
functional.xml, or the subdirectory should be qa-
functional/src, not functional/src (which would be 
consistent with section 2, that says "QA ... usually in 'qa-
functional' subdirectory").
