can you be more specific about the enhancement request? I'm not entirely following the idea. In netbeans "close project" means that the project disappears from UI. Unlike in eclipse where the "Close action" has different semantics Similarly "Delete project" has different semantics in netbeans and in eclipse. When we close a project it will disappear from Tab Project, so imagine you have on your disk 100 projects some in many different path , the last ones will show in start page so you can open with a click, but the other ones you have to find the directory. Image that when you close a project it will be disable(gray) in the project list but with a double click open it, and if I can see some thing like the path, last open date, etc. Even more helpful. This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss |
