I would like to have an option on selected area in a TWIG: 
1. extract partial TWIG or extract another TWIG.
2. I would click on this menu item
3. A popup with the name & location for the new item appears 
4. I select the location, enter the name.
5. Click "OK"
Result:
1. Twig is extracted with another file with entered name and in selected location
2. In the original Twig a line with include tag with the new name of extracted Twig is automatically inserted
