1. Enter the following Javadoc statement: "@see com.foo.bar" where "com.foo.bar" is a package and com.foo.bar.package-info.java exists.
2. Run the "Generate Javadoc" task.
3. Notice that the Javadoc links to the package Javadoc properly.
4. Open the same file in Netbeans' built-in Javadoc viewer.
5. Notice that the built-in viewer renders the link as plain text (no link).

Expected behavior: built-in viewer should render a link like the official Javadoc generator does.

I think this is implemented in java->navigation. Please reassign if I'm wrong, thanks!

There are several Javadoc views:
The java/navigation contains the context sensitive Javadoc window but it works fine as seen on attached screenshot. The second one is the view in Search Javadoc Indexes which is a part of Javadoc module but I was not able to get it work :-(

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely not reproducible now. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
