At least, for any component (e.g. toolbar button, menu item, etc.) associated by it with a system action, if that system action provides a non-null/default HelpCtx (at component construction time) t
hen that help context should be bound to the component.

This would mean that anyone pressing F1 while selecting some button or menu item or something would get instant help on that item, which would be quite convenient.
