On multiple places on the website the download links to 7.2.1 seem broken.
I tried:
https://netbeans.org/community/releases/72/
Here the big download button leads to the current release version.

So I went to archive->7.2.+ daily
Which again leads to the current version.

If I try archive -> 7.1.2 + daily, I get the expected page, so it seems 7.2 is broken (managed to guess the actual url for 7.2.1 from there).

Also the archive does not contain 7.2.1, but only 7.2
