Customer Database sample does not show data. To reproduce:

- register GlassFish 4 to IDE
- open new project wizard
- choose "Samples|Web Services|REST: Customer Database" and click Next
- click Next
- click Finish
- run project
- it opens welcome page but it shows no data from CUSTOMER table (see also bug 223718)
