IDE log.

RepositoryUpdater complains that the following roots are scanned when no project is opened:

  jar:file:/D:/Development/builds/NB731/netbeans/ide/jsstubs/corestubs.zip!/
  jar:file:/D:/Development/builds/NB731/netbeans/ide/jsstubs/domstubs.zip!/

To reproduce:

- get NetBeans 7.3.1 build, unzip and run it
- open new project wizard
- choose "Java Web|Web Application" and click Next
- click Next in Name and Location panel
- add GlassFish 4 server
- click Finish and while opening project the message is printed to log file (see attached)
