Unable to save the project data

It's very uncomfortable that a project can not be saved while the FTP-Connection reports: No files for download.

To reproduce:
1. Creating a PHP project with remote files
2. defining the FTP connection, Test is valid
3. defining the up- and download- directories
4. the message appears 'No files available for download. Try to change passive mode.'

The problem is not passive mode - but it is not possible to save the project data and analyse the problem. The project has to be defined new, each time I modified parameters.
