Summary:	When I use the wizard to create a Window, the netbeans breaks. I tried to create an Option Panel called Connection. The netbanes generated the files: ConnectionOptionsPanelController and ConnectionPanel, but, after, the netbeans breaks unexpectedly

Verified with NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 (Build 201304162201).
