Honza, would you please take a look at the planned update of Tools menu ? As Palette related stuff comes from form, I am asking you as you might have counter-arguments against the proposal that we might have missed. Or, please reassign this issue if it is out of your scope. Thanks, P.

I am fine with the proposed change. I don't see any strong argument for keeping Palette menu where it is now and it makes some sense to move it next to Add to Palette (though Add to Palette is GUI builder-specific and Palette menu is general-purpose).
