Replay from reporter :
I just was type (php) code, switch the language to English (I'm using Russian and English keyboard layouts), select all text and cut it, then netbeans throws java.io.{someobject} exception. To solve this trouble I had restart beans. that's all.

stack-trace :
Caused: java.io.IOException: Failed to parse http://kenai.com/projects/nbandroid/downloads/download/updatecenter/updates.xml
