After splitting the nightly build to bits/installers part and Javadoc/JNLP part, the netbeans-<release>-javadoc.zip is missing in http://netbeans.org/downloads/zip.html.

The link is missing again after update to "NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 Download"

Petr, Honza, please fix this on the 7.3.1 zips download page. The javadoc zip is missing.
