I tried to open an existing web project in NetBeans 7.3 and it worked as expected. It is not clear for me what do you mean saying web/java ee module is not activated. My steps are: - install NetBeans 7.3 - browse for existing web project and open it - run the project Correct me if your steps are different and let us know how did create your project and possibly attach a copy of project. Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.3 (Build 201302132200) Java: 1.7.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.7-b01 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_15-b02 System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1250; en_US (nb) 1: before you install 7.3, the old one please de-active the web/jee module. 2: then install netbeans 7.3 3: then open a java web project. This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss |
