The plugin keeps showing up in the downloaded list and even if i reinstall it again it wont get installed and I'm not able to use it. As am not able to find the reason behind this I'm not able to practice struts 2.

Sorry, I have to mark it as invalid for us (NetBeans IDE) since we don't have any Struts2 support yet. Please report your issue to the owner and maintainer of the pluing here:
