1. Open up a java file in NetBeans.
2. Press Ctrl+F to open Find Bar.
3. Click Toggle Rectangular Selection button.
4. Notice Rectangular Selection does not work, although the Toggle button is visibly depressed.

Workaround: Click Toggle Rectangular Selection button again and it works.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
