GUEST: open file by clocking on TODO link in tasks

bht: During a debugging session, I click [F7] step into. The CPU goes to 100% solid and I see scanning while a new library source file is opened on which the debugger then halts.



Maximum slowness yet reported was 98781 ms, average is 26026

I loaded my project and was waiting to start the clean-process as well as the compilation process
