Oracle Cloud Remote is not automatically added to Servers when connected to cloud. To reproduce:

- unzip and start IDE (ergonomics enabled)
- open new project wizard
- select "Java Web|Web Application" and click Next
- wait until Java EE feature is activated
- click Cancel
- install Oracle Cloud plugin
- connect to cloud account
- go to Services tab and expand Servers node but there is nothing

I was able to reproduce this using release 7.2. I tried a few variations of the steps and in all other cases the Oracle Cloud Remote server is shown. I think this is P4 - too low impact and too much work to reproduce and fix.

To workaround: call "Refresh" action on the Oracle Cloud node.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
