In the "Add Breakpoint" dialog, when multiple debugging engines are available, the Breakpoint 
Type combo box gets moved off to the right.  When this happens, it may sometimes be 
positioned directly against the right margin of the window.

There should actually be 11 pixels of space between the right edge of the combo box and the 
right margin of the window.
