 there is only a "login" link in left upper corner when the team dashboard is opened for the first time.

- it doesn't look very nice
- it is not obvious what happens by clicking on it - logging into what?
- to add a new instance: 
   - click on login
   - pick "Add new ..." - which is the last choice in the combo and kind of hidden  
   - a new modal dialog is opened on top of the login dlg - also not very nice 

seems to be better to have the server combo by default in the dashbord - like when there are more than one instances registered.
