We should be able to customize editor hints on a per-project basis similar to code formatting rules.

Every time I reinstall Netbeans I am forced to re-configure hints I like or dislike. Furthermore, different projects may have different coding standards that warrant different hints.

It looks like this has been implemented in Netbeans 7.4. Is there a duplicate issue or is this the primary issue used to track this feature?
