1) create a form with Border Layout
2) Put a button
3) Change Drag Border Color
4) Drag the button - the color will not change

[IAN] Hmm this would be possible to use this color, but it has slightly different meaning and different color (darkGray vs. blue in the BorderLayout, so let`s rather leave it for later)

Log: Trying to diagnose a random failure in ergonomics #2208: no errors, but modified POM not saved.
(Overriding logLevel produces tons of messages upon failure, but none from Utilities.logger - why?)
