Two actions:
org-netbeans-modules-projectimport-eclipse-core-ResynchronizeEclipseAction
org-netbeans-modules-projectimport-eclipse-core-UpdateProjectAction

has same ActionId name. You can consider to create one action that understand
context where it is called.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
