The "Exclude Files" should also be removed  as it
is no use without the existing "Include Dependent
Files".

it is removed from code. I am passing to Leslie to update docs.

The online help was updated some weeks ago, 
and the change was verbally communicated to 
Patria for inclusion in the "Building Web Components" book.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
