In New Wizard, template description for Java Package appear in English.

Template description comes from the following file:
java/src/org/netbeans/modules/java/resources/Package.html

However, this file is not included in l10n.list, so we cannot
translate it. Please add this file to l10n.list.

This is a candidate for possible 3.3.* release, IMHO.
