1. Go to Runtime tab -> Server Registry -> Installed 
Servers -> Tomcat 4.0 -> Internal
2. Add several contexts and select them
3. Invoke popup menu - Delete action is not enabled

It should be possible to delete multiple contexts at the 
same time.

Also, the key shortcut for the action should be 
the "Delete" key.
