Development build #200203150100 of NetBeans 3.4 on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.4 b92

Description:

First of all I apologize for not having any reprocase. I don't even remember
what I have done. I only guess that I customized some VCS filesystem like
changed working directory. Look at attached full thread dump. I will be glad if
you just dig into the attachment and at least evaluate.

I probably know how can this happen.
Was there any exception in the log?

Yup. There were several exceptions thrown. If you are interested I can
attach them ...

You don't have to, I've managed to simulate it in my enviroment
and fidex it in org/openide/util/RequestProcessor.java,v 1.56
