Hello.
There are no functional in the "Project Properties" for custom editing of the section of the pom.xml - plugins-configuration-instructions.
For example, in some my (test) projects I need to add Imports in the section 
Import-Package: tutorial.example2.service, javax.swing
But now has functional for the section Export-Package.
Need to make functional for editing section Import-Package of the file pom.xml

typically we don't include many items into the customizer as it cannot fully replace manually editing the pom file. patches welcome though.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
