It would be very handy too have the ability to update an entity from the database with out having to go through the current wizard.

As your database schema gets larger it takes longer to read the metadata when the Entity wizard is firing up. When your schema is at 1000 tables the time is measured in minutes.

In this use case it would be very handy to be able to right click (on the file in the projects window or on the file in the editor) and update that specific entity (and if possible related entities) from the database.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
