Description everflux 2012-06-09 19:04:00 UTC
[ BUILD # : 201206080001 ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.7.4 ]

The select box to choose the frameworks for a new web application is too small.
It should be resized with the dialog to give it a more professional look.
Will attach screenshot.

Actually, it was done intentionally - when you have installed more than 4 frameworks in your IDE to let you show that you can scroll lower there.

Anyway you are right that it would look probably better with fitted size. BTW in more frameworks cases there will be still shown the right scrollbar so I'll try to increase the size a little bit - in the next release (now we are after UI freeze).

This is still present in Netbeans 7.3 beta.
My suggestion is to allow resizing of the selection list with the size of the surrounding dialog. (This is done in the "New Project" view of the categories as well! Would be consistent to make the behaviour similar)

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
