some C++ options which belongs to code assistance are rather difficult to find, because they are placed in different pages and even in different categories.
I.e. "Reparse on File Change" is in Tools->Options->Editor->Mark Occurrences in C++ category.
while "Support indexing of not C++ files.." and "Try to fix unresolved includes" are int Tools->Options->C++->Project Options.

All three mentioned options are placed in rather non consistent pages.
I think all other them should be still somewhere under Tools->Options->C++.
I.e. to not introduce new page we can put them in group on "Other" page.
Or if new group makes sense, we can use the space released after moving "Highlighting" page from C++ category.
