Not 100% reproducible, but often. When you go to Options|Tools|PHP and invoke file chooser for PHP interpreter or path to some framework, there are "linux-like" icons, see the screenshot. The same applies for instance to Options|Tools|Java|Ant|Add jar/zip. However file chooser for "ant home" looks fine

if you cannot reproduce it immediately, try to restart NetBeans and invoke some file chooser (i.e. in PHP settings or the mentioned for Java setting). You may need to restart and try it a several times
